Eligible issues

How to request help

Email support with your order number, photos of the issue, and the product name. We'll review and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-returnable items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Opened consumables (such as sleeve packs) unless defective

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Shipping times for replacements follow our standard fulfillment windows.
